Prince William and Kate Middleton have paid tribute to the England football team after losing to Spain in the Euro 2024 final on Sunday night.
The Prince and Princess of Wales released an image of their youngest two children, Charlotte, nine, and Louis, six, watching last night’s match on the TV.
Both the young prince and princess were wearing England jerseys with their name and age on the back.
In the X post, they said: ‘England, your teamwork, grit and determination were an inspiration to all of us, young and old. Congratulations to Spain. W & C.’
England battled all the way to the football tournament’s final over the past month.
